Do you need more leads, or a better diagnosis?

When enquiries do not become orders, what should you examine before buying more traffic?

Where does progress stop?

Separate people who never arrive, people who arrive but do not understand the offer, and people who understand it but do not buy. Each observation raises a different question.

What did prospective customers actually say?

Ask recent enquirers what they wanted to solve and what stopped them. Record their words. Do not replace a conversation with your preferred explanation.

Which change deserves a small test?

Choose one plausible source of friction. Test one change with a defined group and review period. Keep the other parts of the journey stable enough to interpret what happens.

What evidence changes your next move?

Decide what you will measure and how you will use it before you start. A small sample can reveal useful questions; it rarely proves a broad claim about your market.

What strategy do you want to build?
